When I reminisce about my favorite writing job (and team, and atmosphere, and everything ... ), this is it. It doesn't get better than writing for a socially conscious, thoughtful company that brightens people's day. I loved the continuous learning and was honored to uphold the brand voice, make a barista's life easier (ask me about how we solved codes in the email), and bring joy to our readers' day.

EMAIL NEWSLETTERS: These projects were always a treat. Marketing would give us several topics for an email. The below examples are all emails I concepted and pitched, then created with our freelance designer.

IN-APP MESSAGING: The key, I've found, for tight copy is utilizing the image and on-image headline effectively so the limited characters you do get are used well and add to the story. No repeating, no wasted space.
