As Senior Copywriter on the Starbucks Digital Marketing Team, I led copy for high-performing campaigns across email, web, and mobile—connecting with more than 12 million Starbucks Rewards members. I crafted subject lines that boosted open rates, wrote in-app ads that drove clicks, and helped launch seasonal promotions that became customer favorites. Every word had to meet Starbucks' high creative standards while delivering measurable results.

Starbucks App - In-app Messaging
The key, I've found, for tight copy is utilizing the image and on-image headline effectively so the limited characters you do get are used well and add to the story. No repeating, no wasted space.
